I’m saying. I almost took the time to write out why this dude is a big pile of logic fail (majority of cases in NY, which isn’t a border state; if it’s so easy to infect Mexicans, why not just skip the middleman and infect us), but it’s so blatantly obvious to anyone that isn’t looking for an excuse to blame/encourage fear of brown people that I just left it as it is.
But, of course you knew that this would be the argument didn’t you? Let’s not deal with the fact that “ground zero” is a pig farm co-owned by an U.S. company. Seems to me that perhaps – just maybe – folks need to be talking about the unsanitary conditions of this farm that caused all of the problems in the first place. Guess it just easier to blame it all on the Mexicans and the border.
