Sorry to hear about the break-up...that sucks...and facebook / adsense / etc. are just gross when it comes to stereotypes. One of the main reasons why I work in higher education and not public relations (what my BA is in) is due to the sludge that advertising creates... Sorry to hear about the break-up. If you'd like a change in advertising on Facebook, change your gender to female and I promise as a 30-something woman the only thing you'll see are diet offers. Sweet Jesus, I hate targeted advertising. I'm not on Facebook, but because of my goofy ISP I often get Adsensed for "hot chicks in Albuquerque," even though I'm not in Albuquerque and not in the market for hot chicks. (Nothing against hot chicks, but you know? Back off!) And, totally inadequate, but: I'm sorry about the breakup.
