Hey Kevin. Another piece in the puzzle – Knipp has actually worked with members of the klan. When I originally was going to write a post instead of just link, I ended up on the BBs of one of the oldest klan sites on the web, stormfront, and one of the people there talked fondly about working with him. It’s funny how Rolling Stone left that piece out.

First of all, great post title!

Secondly, thanks for sharing this bit of ridiculousness.

This sounds eerily similar to the same sort of rhetoric that people use to defend UIUC’s Chief Illiniwek. Racist imitation is still racist even if it’s labeled as “celebratory”.
