  1. Aahhhh thanks for the link lovin’.

To expand on your point, once we get active and involved we are introduced to areas that need attention. We cannot trust the corporate media to alert average citizens to the atrocities that are being committed worldwide and in our very backyards.

I was ignorant to the situation in the Congo prior to this Darfurian blogblast, and I am grateful to Shecodes for combining in a sense the two.

I have another blast in the planning stages that will link the issues of Darfur and Tibet making the most of the Beijing Olympics pr nightmare, and also illustrating that we don’t have to tie ourselves down. That is what really bothers me about humanitarian ngos they box themselves in and cannot see the light.

If we are able to connect the worth of the Darfurian people to residents of Ward 9 in Louisana, if we are able to connect the worth of the Tibetan people to the people of Haiti reduced to eating mud pies, and if we are able to connect the worth of the Chinese farmers uprooted from their lands and the lack of grocers in inner city America perhaps we can UNITE for the betterment of all humanity.

That’s the long term goal for me, you see.

    Much Love!
